Deep in the Pacific, the Sharkcopter, a monstrosity, half-helicopter, half-shark, schemed to build an evil tower. The tower was no ordinary structure but a means to control the world's oceans, ultimately holding humanity to ransom.



When Toshiro learned of this through his network of spies, he knew he had to act. A helmet on his head and his signature rocket launcher strapped on his back, he embarked on a perilous journey across the vast ocean.



With rough seas and darkened skies as his backdrop, Toshiro stood on the deck of a covert ship, his silhouette highlighted by the scant moonlight.
