You are charged with the task of infiltrating the criminal underworld to block the machinations of this unknown power.

With the four races each holding influence over three unique realms, the balance of power is measured while still providing peace and unity across the planet. A careful system of checks and balances maintains the peace, anything that threatens that system threatens to unravel the very fabric of balance that has lasted since the last great war.

With a force of 24 carefully chosen agents from all races and classes, you must select teams of 4 agents at a time that work in the shadows to build an empire in the darkness of this strategy/role-playing game.

Each realm holds six regions of specific types of criminal activity. Select an agent to execute different actions at different degrees of difficulty and watch your influence, reputation, credits, and scrutiny grow, if you are successful. Fail at an action and suffer the consequences.

Purchase special items to increase your chances of success and unlock special features. Increase the experience of your agents and see their talents grow. Focus on special missions for each of your agents and learn more about the world they inhabit.
