Quip is a fun and educational word game.
Two teams battle to find out:
WHICH GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE?
Two teams compete by each assigning a “giver” who gives clues containing a single word and number. The given word points to multiple words on the board, the given number points to how many. The remaining players of the team attempt to guess their team's words while avoiding the words of the other team or the “bomb word”. A turn will end once the team finds all the cards their giver hinted to or by revealing a card which isn’t theirs. Once all the words of a team are reviled that team wins. If one team presses the bomb the other team wins.
The board moves throughout two modes:
“Giver”- the givers can see which cards represent what color (blue for one team, red for the other, yellow is plutonic and black is the bomb). Only givers view this mode, so they can see their teams words and devise a one word hint.
“Receiver”- the team players which aren't giving hints see a board of colorless words, the color is shown on this board only by pressing the card.
The teams go back and forth trying to reveal their words, once all of one teams words are shown or the bomb is accidently selected the game will end.
