To play the game, Out of the Park Baseball requires access to your storage for game data storage (but will never access personal files such as photos), a minimum system of 2 GB RAM, and phone permissions for in-game events and rewards (which will not affect your phone calls). Contact permissions are required for syncing your friend list and Google Account, but playing the game without granting these permissions is still possible.
