Duty Wars

Duty Wars is a turn-based strategy game inspired by World War II and the Advance Wars series. You'll be building and directing your units across a tiled map in order to capture your enemy's capital, or vanquish all of their units.

This game features two distinct modes of play: a campaign mode, and a versus mode.

• Campaign mode contains three different campaigns to choose from. The first campaign puts you in command of the USA Army to face the German threat in Europe. You'll fight across the western front in five varied, real-life inspired missions, including the Normandy landing and the liberation of Paris. The second campaign takes you to the eastern front, where you'll command the USSR army in famous battles like Stalingrad and Koursk. Lastly, the third campaign returns you to the USA Army for the Pacific War against the Japanese Empire, fighting through famous battles such as Pearl Harbor and Iwo Jima. As an added bonus, finishing any of these missions will make the associated maps in versus mode playable.

• Versus mode is a mode that allows you to challenge your friends or the AI. Choose from 30 available maps, pick your army, and let the battle commence!

Duty Wars features 13 different units which are common to each army. These include:
• Ground units: Infantry, Anti-Tank Weapon, Jeep, Truck, Tank, Artillery and Half-Track.
• Naval units: Lander, Destroyer, and Battleship.
• Flying units: Transporter, Fighter, and Bomber.
... and each army has its own special unit:
• USA: Mustang fighter.
• Germany: Side-car.
• URSS: Katioucha missile launcher.
• Japan: Chi-Ha tank.
