You are a developer that has to search for bugs around the office.
Try to get as many of these as you can.
But be aware of the manager's organic presents!
Managers (ghostly figures that disappear after a while, typically when they are mostly needed) can throw organic presents at the developer...
And these slow down the pace of him/her and eventually... suck all his/her energy away.
How many story points can you close?
