The rules are simple (ordered by priority):
1. If there is a 9 is in the question, Cirno is quite smart and will do the math correctly!
EXAMPLE: 1+9=10
2. If the answer is 9, then the answer is ⑨.
EXAMPLE: 5+4=9
3. Otherwise, subtraction and addition are like the following:
