hello there my avid Chess fan. this project is an on going work in progress,.. but i feel like i have really outdone myself this time,.. so lets recap, in 2018 i defined most of the game and functions,.. then in 2020 i added that the pieces move,.. so then here in 2022 i felt like it was time to dust off the old code and add some more features and look for bugs to fix,.. so now you should be able to play from Android device to Android device and isn't that what you are looking for? this is called "touch 1/ touch 2" technology hopefully you are familiar with that and if not its not too hard to pick up on. so i have spent much time on this and hopefully Checkmate is defined and you don't need to stare at the screen for 10 minutes to figure out if the game is over or not,.. & can that be said about your current Chess app? if not,.. won't you Check out mine. let me know what you think of this ok? i look forward to the discussion. as always,..please enjoy and have fun.
