You have to throw balls towards only the blue objects and the big black ball in the middle.
If you touch the red ones, you need to start the level again.
The arrows and balls that you can throw at the spinning ball in the middle are waiting in line and you will throw one of them each time you touch the screen. You will see the big ball in the center differently in each level.
