Game overview

Open a sushi restaurant alone in 60 seconds! Provide fresh sushi to customers and increase your rating to unlock features.

Have you ever dreamed of running your own sushi restaurant? Now you have the chance to do it all by yourself in "One Person Sushi" – a game that challenges you to manage a revolving sushi operation for 60 seconds. The year is 20XX, and Japanese food culture is fading away. Your father, who was the last sushi chef, suddenly falls ill and leaves the restaurant in your hands. His final words to you were, "I'm counting on you!" Can you handle the pressure of running a one-person sushi operation? In this simulation puzzle game, you must serve the customers according to their orders and deliver fresh sushi as fast as possible. The faster you serve the sushi, the higher your store rating! But if you delay sushi service or serve sushi that is not fresh, your store rating will drop. With a high store rating, you can attract more customers and earn higher scores Each round is 60 seconds, but the situation is always changing, making it challenging to manage it all on your own. You can enjoy different sushi menus in various stores, each with its unique style, theme, and local gimmick. From classic dishes like tuna, egg, shrimp, and kappa-maki to local specialties like oysters, pufferfish, mentaiko, and sea urchin, there is something for everyone. As you progress, you can collect experience points by serving sushi. As your sushi's level increases, titles, trivia, and tips are unlocked. You can also customize your sushi chef character with various avatar items available in the game. Additionally, there are many different partner characters resembling local souvenirs that you can bring to your store, which will trigger various abilities to make the game more advantageous.
