Yatzy Solitaire Lite

Yatzy, a classic dice game that can be played solo, offers players a chance to compete globally and top the daily, monthly and all-time leaderboards. The objective of the game is to score the highest number of points possible by choosing from the 15 available combinations on the scoreboard.

In each round, players are granted three opportunities to roll five dice. After the first roll, players can hold any dice and re-roll the rest of the dice up to two more times. Players are allowed to enter their points for each combination after each roll. After entering the points for a combination, it can no longer be selected again. The game ends when players score points for all possible combinations.

The scoreboard has two sections – upper and lower. The upper section includes Ones, Twos, Threes, Fours, Fives and Sixes. Players must aim to score the sum of the dice that show the same numbers for all six categories. If the sum of the upper section is 63 or more, players get an additional 50 bonus points.

The lower section includes 1 Pair, 2 Pairs, 3 of a Kind, 4 of a Kind, Small Straight, Large Straight, Full House, Chance and Yatzy. Players must score as high as possible by choosing the best combination. For example, a Small Straight is when the dice display the combination 1-2-3-4-5 in random order for which players score 15 points. AYatzy is when all five dice are the same, resulting in 50 points.

Upon entering Ludado, players can start rolling the dice by touching the ‘Roll’ button. They can hold any dice by touching them, and previously held dice can be rescued by tapping them. The scoreboard displays the 15 possible combinations, with grey points shown for each. Players can score their points after each roll by touching the grey box. On small screen devices, tapping an ‘OK’ button confirms the selection.
