Taboo is perfect for adults, and it's a group game perfect for any occasion. Do you know how to describe APPLE when RED, FRUIT, PIE, CIDER, and CORE are all taboo words? If you use any of these words, the other team will buzz, and you'll lose a point. Nonetheless, you can still have a noisy and hilarious time, playing online using in-game video chat or in person. You can split into two teams or go one-on-one with One Vs All Mode. Speak quickly and creatively, and you can talk your way to victory! Taboo lets you customize and personalize the game to your liking. Firstly, you can decide on the number of players, rounds, turns per round, and the number of skips allowed. Secondly, you can have fun without any distracting ads. You can even enjoy the complete starter card deck, which includes cards from the original game. Taboo is available in eight different languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Greek, Polish, and Hindi. Additionally, you can purchase fun themed decks to keep the game fresh. The fun theme decks, which are available for purchase, include Festive Fun, Wild World, Fun & Games, Food Lovers, Celebrities, and The Midnight Deck (for adult-only fun). Two Mystery decks are also available. The game has two different play modes. Firstly, you can play using in-game video chat, where you don't need extra apps or screens. You can play face-to-face with 2-6 friends, no matter where you are. Secondly, there is the brand new mode, One vs All Mode. In this mode, every player is for themselves, and you can play with up to ten friends. In turn, each player is the Clue-giver, while everyone else guesses. The leaderboard will announce the winners. This mode is available in Local Party Mode and is coming soon to Online Video Mode. In Local Party Mode, you can use a single phone to play with as many friends as you like, provided they're all in the same place. You can split into two teams and take turns being the Clue-giver. If you're the Clue-giver, ensure that your team can't see the screen. Conversely, if you're in the opposing team, stand or sit behind the Clue-giver and shout if they use a taboo word. To play Taboo, you need to start by creating a game. Start a game, invite your friends or create an in-app chat group from your friends and start playing. Divide your friends into two teams and give each team a name. Then, the app selects a Clue-giver from Team A, and Clue-givers alternate between the two teams. When the Clue-giver draws a card, they have to describe the word without using any of the words on the card. Team B stands next to the Buzzer and will buzz if the Clue-giver says a taboo word. Your team must guess as many words as possible before the time runs out.
