T9: multiplayer Tien Gow

"Tiengow", "Tin Kau" or "Heaven Nine") is a traditional Chinese pastime that can be dated back to the Sung Empire (960-1279 AD). Many rules (standard or variant) of this classic game, however, were lost in the tide of time. Few people nowadays know the rules inside-out.



The author of this app has played Tien Gow for over thirty years. After a substantial amount of research and literature review, he has compiled a set of standard rules for Tien Gow and published them in his weblog. Virtually all existing Tien Gow games running on Android or iOS systems are fully or partially based on this set of rules. And T9 is an implementation of this reference standard.
