In the future when human kind faced the annihilation of the dying sun, the first Starvengers crew detected the presence of unknown particles in its fading flames. They appeared all of the sudden, but were always accompanied by the space-time curvature. Using this phenomenon, scientists have learned how to anticipate their occurrence and how to capture them using special traps. The discovery of Hyperparticles, as they were called, has triggered the development of technology enabling the opening of space-time tunnels, thanks to which long distance space travels have finally become possible.



Over time, the humanity discovered new solar systems and civilizations. This has opened the way for the exchange of knowledge, goods and common coexistence in newly formed societies. Hyperparticles have become the most sought after fuel in the Universe, so the Starvengers special crews have been tasked with searching for the stars' dying systems and extracting extremely valuable resource from them.
