- Vertical Bumper: doubles the difficulty as you have to split your focus between two axis of defense.

- Triangles: A spiky invader that you must avoid at all costs instead of catching it.

- Hearts: A friendly, loving shape that replenishes some health when you tap it, but adds the risk of moving away from the invaders.
