Each player is given some cash at the start of the game.
The cash can be used to purchase lands and pay rents. Purchase more and more lands and build houses and hotels over these lands. If an opponent stays on your land, he will have to pay rent. When an opponent cannot pay rent, he will lose. Player staying till the end of the game wins.
