- Cooking, smelting, and unlocking items
- Panning rivers for gold
- Underground mining of rare earth minerals
- Base building, with tech-tree upgrades
- Raiding the bases of other prospectors
- Airdrops with loot
- Buying and selling items in town
- Completing world objectives
- Earning achievement badges and player titles
- Climbing the Leaderboards
