C-DAC Hyderabad, in partnership with ICMR-National Institute of Nutrition(NIN) Hyderabad, has created an interactive game app called NIN that is sure to delight young gamers. This app features four different nutrition-focused games that are specifically designed for children. The first game, Pyramid, challenges players to create a balanced food pyramid by selecting the right foods. In the second game, players must use their knowledge of healthy breakfast foods to correctly identify different food items. The third game, Identify the Correct Food, challenges players to identify the correct food based on a series of clues. Finally, in Match the Following, players must match the correct food item with its corresponding nutritional value.
