LoudTalker

It uses the microphone on your Android device to measure volume. To play: set the decibel level, lock the game with a password, and see how long you can last before your noise credits run out. This game is easy to use, but hard to master. Before you know it, you're loud talker will be a whisper quiet.

LoudTalker respects your privacy and will not transmit microphone data from your device. It measures volume at regular, short intervals and continually overwrites old audio samples. It retains a short series of volume levels for graphing, but not the audio.
