Les aventures du détective Col

Endometriosis is a disease that is poorly understood these days, not only by the general public but also by the medical profession. However, it affects about one in 10 women. It is characterized by the presence outside the uterine cavity of tissue similar to the uterine lining, responsible for disabling pelvic pain and also, in some cases, infertility. There is no easy way to diagnose this disease as well as no specific treatments.



The iGEM GO Paris-Saclay team worked in 2021 on the creation of a diagnostic test for endometriosis, accessible to all. We offer you through this game to discover alongside detective Coli, the experiments that we carried out in the laboratory, as well as to understand the daily life of those affected.



Please note, this game contains characters and mentions that refer to menstruation.
