However, if we remember that the 300th anniversary of the foundation of St. Petersburg was celebrated in 2003, we can see that Omsk and St. Petersburg are almost the same age. These cities have something in common: pre-revolutionary architecture and reliefs, the acquired and lost status of the "capital of Russia." Omsk has an amazing destiny.
