You can buy skins, masks, weapons, chickens, and various mini games.
To get eggs there are two ways, be the last one alive in Battle Royale, or just click play relentlessly on the chicken for it to lay eggs.
 
There are several game modes like the battle royale in the arena, enter the houses and have items and weapons for your survival.
Conquer eggs and trade for coins to buy new minigames.
