In the year 2525 AD, mankind has become a space-dwelling civilization after discovering three new powerful elements - Nugen, Raon, and Sectium - which are collectively known as Cosments. These resources are shared between two dominant factions, the Federation of Terra and the Alliance of Neos. However, their uneasy peace comes to an end when a mysterious alien fleet arrives, causing a devastating war to break out across the galaxies.

As a powerful commander, you are called on by both Terra and Neos to aid in their efforts. You must colonize planets, recruit skilled heroes, and lead your warships into battle against enemy Commanders. Along the way, you will raid alien fleets and claim their technology, discover TRONs and EXTERs, and form crucial alliances.
