Can I Drive? +

Medicines, stress, mental and/or physical fatigue, pathologies, use of alcohol and drugs are known to have a negative and often decisive effect on reaction times to visual stimuli and therefore on fitness to drive. This app, which reproduces as much as possible a classic test taken from scientific literature (“Four Choice Reaction Time”), is intended to be a useful aid to decide, in the event of uncertainty, whether or not it is appropriate to drive in some particular situations.
This version increases the accuracy of judgments compared to the "Basic" version by introducing a differentiation for age groups.
It is important to understand that the app does not claim to give any authorization to drive but, by evaluating one of the main aspects involved in this complex activity, it wants to be of help in cases of uncertainty.
Despite the efforts employed in its implementation, however, influences determined by the great variability of hardware and Android versions can determine, albeit not significant, differences between the results obtained on the different devices. It is therefore recommended to keep in mind not only the conclusive judgment, but also any significant deviations between this and other judgments that should be noted in a state of optimal psychophysical conditions.
This App is bilingual (Italian and English with automatic activation according to the language set on the phone) and is completely free of advertising, does not sell anything and does not collect any data.
