In Beat The Heat, everyday stressful situations are represented by STRESSOR cards, while useful responses to such situations are represented by their COUNTERS. Match all your STRESSORS with their COUNTERS before your opponent does, to win the game!

The game is all about identifying the correct responses to these situations, such that in the future your attitude may change towards them, causing you to respond to them with more patience.
