The game's user interface has been improved to ensure optimal speed and battery life. The graphics and network communication features of Backgammon Reloaded are undoubtedly the most sophisticated engineering feats you'll find in the gaming world. The game is written using SDL2 library and C++, with OpenGL ES 2.0 as the abstraction layer for the user interface, making it compatible with any operating system, even when run in a browser. Animations work seamlessly at 60 frames per second. Network communication uses non-blocking TCP sockets with select pooling for high throughput, meaning the game app can resume even after a client IP address changes. There are at least 70 players available to connect with. Over time, Backgammon Reloaded aims to replace FIBS by enabling multiple clients on various devices, including desktops, phones, and smart TVs.

Watch live games by selecting "Play Online" -> "Lobby" -> "Games" -> "Watch". Stop watching a game by selecting "Leave" from the menu bar.
The match score can double anytime during gameplay, with the score, pip count, and cube value displayed at the top of the window. Users can also customize the table orientation, checker color, number of matches, and sound settings.
In auto-match mode, game requests are sent to all available users who aren't currently playing. In friend mode, you can easily find and filter players by name, chat with them and request to play a game.
Game timers prevent lengthy waiting times for opponent moves or double confirmation. You can easily track whose turn it is with the two green arrows on the right side of the board.
We've also added a chat feature for players to connect and talk to each other. The game currently doesn't support Unicode characters.
This exciting game is available for Windows 10 and Android. Future updates include Windows 8 and iOS. Use the Reset button in the Menu options if needed. It will disconnect from the server and reset the board. Enjoy this captivating and immersive gaming experience!
