Game overview
YoYoPlayMate is a social match three game for everyone.
It can be played in one-player mode or two players. A player can engage in as many games with different players.
The game is a thirty-six square game with the objective of one player to take over at least 33 squares by way of matching sets of three squares in five seconds. At the start of a play, the player selects a square to start the five second recording.
Following the recording, the playback starts, which lip syncs the selected emoji. As the emoji lip syncs, it checks for a match in all directions. If it matches the opponents' next two boxes then the boxes are taken over and points are gained.
A player can make as many selections as they can during the five second playback. If their sets of match threes amounts to at least 33 points then they win the game.
The lip sync emojis came in two mode, the Talkey and the Talkey yoyo. The Talkey is simply a yellow lip sync emoji while the Talkey yoyo is a custom lip sync emoji for a specific user. During the game the player can switch between the two modes.
