Tic Tac Toe is a game played with a paper and pen and played by two people, X X, O or II.
One of the squares is formed by the intersection of two vertical lines with two vertical columns, either X or O, usually X starts first. A player who succeeds in forming 3 symbols that are similar vertically, horizontally or diagonally is the winner.
