In this free game, you will experience a part of the mystery of the multipart Cryptic Killer series. As the prequel, Unsolved Case takes you back in time when the twisted Cryptic Killer was incarcerated at the Anagram Asylum.

But with a locked box containing some mysterious piece of evidence and a taunting message from the Cryptic Killer, you are sent on a chase that would challenge your intellect like never before. Follow the clues, explore new locations, and solve puzzles that would test your combined knowledge, intuition, and draw out your creativity.

The only way to crack the Cryptic Killer's codes and ultimately escape the trap that has been laid out for you is by working together, as teamwork makes the dream work. Your separate screens display half of a puzzle at each location, which would require collaboration and communication for a successful solution.

As you solve each puzzle, new challenges with more complexity are introduced. You would need to combine your detective skills, fax each other information across two locations, and get creative as some puzzles would require you to draw on the screen.
