Game overview
Unique English is an English learning application for remedial program in Malaysia primary school (Sekolah Kebangsaan) designed through gamification approach.
Multimedia Mobile Content Development has been used as the methodology in creating Unique English and its content has been designed by following the previous LINUS 2.0 program constructs to improve the English literacy among Year 1 pupils.
The constructs used are Construct 1 to 5, which include:
1) Able to identify and distinguish shape of the alphabet letter
2) Able to associate sounds with the alphabet letter
3) Able to blend phonemes into recognizable words
4) Able to segment words into phonemes
5) Able to understand and used the language at word level
Comments on any improvements are welcomed.
This release is for testing purposes of Undergraduate Final Year Project in Bachelor of Computer Science (Multimedia Computing) with honours, from Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia.
