The secret under-ground co-operation wanted to make a medicine which increases human power to thrice times ,but they wanted to make it more powerful and result shapes in the form of virus known as the "T-VIRUS" was made mistakenly by the scientists of the secret under-ground co-operation ,but the virus sample suddenly got stolen and released into the atmosphere of the earth and about 90% of the whole population is infected around the world .
Other 10% ,some hide and few has special kind of DNA known as the "THE-VIRUS-RESISTANT DNA" .
