Game overview
The Travelyan Home is a text-based adventure game combining role playing and survival horror dynamics, set in a Victorian Gothic environment.
The player follows the path of a lost soul pacing the grounds of an old and mysterious mansion as he seeks the answers of what brought him there.
Introducing a unique investigation system to discover clues, items and hidden texts that progress the story and help the player uncover the secrets of the mansion, the game features:
*An absorbing storyline inspired by the masterful works of Poe, Lovecraft, Ashton Smith and others with over 160,000 written words to be discovered in descriptions, clues and hidden journals
*Over 50 rooms to explore and investigate with randomised events and encounters to solve, making every playthrough a unique experience
*A card-based item system with over 70 different items to help the player face the perils of the adventure
*6 different endings based on the player’s decisions throughout the game
