The heroes and villains are always fighting!
This time, Thunder Speedster is attacking Sakura Island in order to weaken the villains. Violent Lightning on the other hand, is infiltrating Neon City to take out high value targets. Defense forces of both heroes and villains are prepared to protect their bases.
Neon City is defended by the tron soldiers and have an additional force of machines, including the prototype speedtron and the powerful mechatron. Meanwhile, ninjas, peasants, and samurai inhabit Sakura Island. The villainous forces employ both martial arts and technology against the heroes.
Speed versus speed, thunder versus lightning! The speedsters will clash head on in order to accomplish their missions.
