After years in prison, with the help of his underlings from the pit fighting underground thugs, the Smash Monster escaped from the high security prison of Police City! Now this monster prisoner is rampaging the futuristic Police City to win the big war. The police are ready to defend the city at all cost.
Cops, SWAT, FBI, CIA and robots are unleashed to capture the bulking monster, dead or alive. Of course the monster wont be caught easily thanks to his superhuman strength, inhuman endurance and vice speed.
