Game overview
Retro Tetro is an exciting, addicting puzzle game that's great for passing the time.
It offers a GHOST piece, a HOLD, the ability to SHIFT the entire board left and right, an UNDO, and something called a WOP which truly levels the playing field (this is a total game changer as to strategy ... you'll never look at game play the same way again -- please use sparingly).
Enjoy one or two player mode.
One player mode supports saved games, auto-save, and keeps your high scores.
Two player mode is provided by Retro Joyco's multi-player Friend Connect add-on (included with purchase). Take your app online. Request a device code when you're ready for two player fun. Input your friend's code and pow ... you connect! Begin playing immediately.
Two player mode has a real-time side-by-side display showing your friend's progress. Includes built-in chat and multi-game play mode. Send your friend a little gift each time you get a Tetro (four or more rows cleared at a time, and yes thanks to the WOP you can now clear more than 12 rows at a time). They'll see a new row appear at the bottom of their board. Negotiate what game features each player will enjoy before the match begins.
All modes support: Enable / disable most game features before or during game play. Begin at a custom level (1 to 50). Use custom drop modes: (1) normal, (2) slow, or (3) no drop (for causal / relaxing play). Traditional controls for sound, effects, and graphics performance. Customize piece appearance before or during game play.
