Destroy the vehicles in front of an ambulance stucked in traffic.
Shoot with a paintball gun from a helicopter to clear the way of it and bring it to the hospital. You’ll see that all the vehicles will be getting smaller for each shot. Be careful, don't mislead your ambulence!
