Rat Catcher: Plague Nest

With unique features, beautiful graphics, and design. You'll be tasked with catching every Rat before time runs out. Navigate through obstacles, dodge the hunting Plague Doctors, and use your senses to smell the rats and hide under objects. Help stop the overpopulation of rats in Medieval Europe and become one of the Cats who helped end the deadly disease. With customization options and many different levels to conquer, it's time to catch the rats and run home!



Game Mechanics:

"Catch and seek every rat before you run out of time."

"Run, some rats are fast, and the Plage Doctors all the time, will cross your way, so run fast and escape."

"Destroy the burrows. It isn't necessary, but easier to catch the rat if nowhere to hide."

"Hide, when the Plague Doctors surround you, may have to think about sheltering yourself under something."

The Story:

During the bubonic plague outbreak in the dark ages, cats were wrongly blamed for spreading the disease. Plague doctors encouraged people to hunt and kill cats, causing a rise in the rat population, the true culprit behind the spread of the disease. Despite their helpful role in controlling rodents, cats were persecuted for centuries. Only much later did scientists discover that fleas on rats were responsible for transmitting the plague. The misguided persecution of cats had a lasting impact on their population, and it took many years for them to regain their status as beloved pets.
