Nutrigame is a game for children and teenagers to learn how to choose healthy foods according to the recommendations of the Food Guide for the Brazilian Population (2014).
Playing Nutrigame you will learn to classify foods according to the type of processing: whether fresh, minimally processed, processed or ultra-processed food. You will learn how to make healthy choices without having to count calories. All this because with Nutrigame you will learn to choose foods according to quality.
Nutrigame is a research object developed at the Federal University of the Valleys of Jequitinhonha and Mucuri (UFVJM) by the team of authors Bruna Caroline Chaves Garcia, Carina de Sousa Santos, Elizabethe Adriana Esteves and Etel Rocha Vieira and funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) notice nº 13/2017, process 408441 / 2017-8.
