Why? It is simple. If you do not, you will die, fast! Cars, more cars, wait... monkeys, elephants, oh well, basically everyone and everything will try to end your super neon life. You are running for your life. Hopeless, with no vision when all of this will end, you have no other choice. But it is fine, you may like light jogging in the morning to boost your cardio little bit. But this is a completely different story my neon friend... Have fun.
