Game overview
The Mindful Managers game combines a set of 5 modules (Give, Be Active, Keep Learning, Take Notice, Connect) with several scenarios and challenges in each, where the player must provide solutions and complete, to earn points and badges.
The game includes 10 levels with 14 missions each and it is part of a larger training curriculum and can be used as stand-alone, or in combination with the training sessions so that managers can reflect and take actions to improve mindfulness and well-being at work. This game is designed to last for a month, a period through which players can take up and complete particular challenges and scenarios each day.
