Game overview

Finally!

At last you don't have to play Sokoban all by yourself. Solve over 60 Sokoban puzzles while chatting with other players at every level.

Powered by a game engine modeled after PuzzleScript, Martini Madness is based on the ever popular computer game, Sokoban (倉庫番 sōko-ban, "warehouse keeper"), a type of puzzle game in which the player pushes crates or boxes around upon a warehouse floor, trying to get them to storage locations.

Sokoban was created in 1981 by Hiroyuki Imabayashi, and published in 1982 by Thinking Rabbit, a software house based in Takarazuka, Japan. The game has since been ported to nearly every computing platform and many people have created game levels in addition to the original, Thinking Rabbit collection.

Martini Madness draws from a variety of Sokoban level collections created by authors who have made their work freely available. Almost all levels in Martini Madness provide access (menu option) to their appropriate attribution, level collection and title, level author and author website if known.

We especially thank David W Skinner, Lee J Haywood and Evgeny Grigoriev (GRIGoRusha) for graciously making their level collections available.
