Game overview
ITSM Mind Jogger is a word game for IT professionals to review their memorization of most common terminologies of IT Service Management.
It includes 6 levels of game, with increasing difficulty. All words are acronym of well known ITSM terms. Words are either horizontal or vertical only. Start by first letter to last letter, even if the word goes down-up or right to left. Terminologies are coming from several references including ITIL.
