Game overview

Poker is a card game usually played in casinos and is considered the most popular card game in the world.

Texas Hold'em is the most played style in which each player receives two private cards and five cards are arranged at the table in order to be shared by all participants of the game. When played with only two players, it is called Heads-up Texas Hold'em, being a very interesting and extremely competitive game to play.



This game is a Texas Hold'em heads-up simulator in which there are two modes of play, user against computer and computer vs. computer, providing a tool that allows users to practice and improve their performance in this type of game, as well as exploring variants of algorithms that simulate a poker player.



Opponent's type:



     - Passive: only bets when the odds are favorable or when the opponent's bet is relatively low.



- Aggressive: Can place high stakes even with low odds of and match high stakes of the opponent waiting for a card.



- Mixed: The opponent's type can change between aggressive and passive.



- MFS: Place bets based on the result of the formula Mathemattically Fair Strategy.



The user is also able to login with his account and have access to his statistics of previous sessions, such as:



     - Most played hands. (the two user cards)



     - Poker hands that have won more games. (the two user cards)



     - The highest poker hand. (the user's five cards)



     - Total hands.



     - Number of won hands.



     - Win percentage
