The GEOCache Mapper App creates and manages virtual GEO Cache maps.
This App is used with the GEOCache Player App.
If you are familiar with the GEO Cache concept than just imagine virtual GEO Caches that are created based on the Latitude and Longitude at the location of the virtual cache.
