Game overview
The game intends to serve as a learning platform for Alpargatas collaborators, placing the player in multiple situations which test, in practice, their knowledge about the Company's principles and behavior.
In order to present the subject in an interesting, fun and accessible manner for all the company's types of audience, the game has, as its plot, a reality show, in which the questions presented to the player are the show's challenges. As the game's intention is to spread Alpa's culture, the show's "winner" becomes Alpa's digital influencer, someone responsible for disseminating the culture.
