PLEASE NOTE: You can buy different boards with real money in game.

However everything that can be bought can also be unlocked easily for free by playing the game.

There is no recurring purchases so one can't spend unreasonable amount of money.

Folring has very easy rules:

Both players has 18 stones. Winner is the player who gets the 6‐stone ring first on the board. Game starts with an empty board. The game is a draw, if both players have less than 6 stones left. Player who has white stones starts the game. After the game (round) ends, switch stones.

Each turn you have 3 choices (you need to do one of the following moves):

(1) add one of your own stones to any empty point between the petals from your "hand" stones.

(2) move any stone you have put on the board to next point (to other side of connecting petal).

(3) capture your opponent's stone moving your stone over it (stones needs to be connected).

You can capture stones only if there is an empty point behind 2 connecting petals (straight line).

Folring was invented by Jani Määttä and the first prototype was developed by Lauri Koutaniemi. It was selected to Mensa Board Game competition finalists in USA in 2012.
