Play as Chuck. D. Head in Decap Attack, throw your head like a boomerang to defeat bosses and collect potions for power-ups in this zany SEGA platformer.
SEGA's Decap Attack is now available on mobile! It's a wacky, head-throwing platform game that will leave you in stitches. In this game, you play as Chuck D. Head, a headless hero, whose mission is to stop Max D. Cap and his army from taking over the world. You'll throw your skull at enemies, explore strange and surreal landscapes and bring peace to the world, quite literally!
Decap Attack is the latest addition to SEGA Forever, which features a treasure trove of classic SEGA console games brought to life on mobile. The game has seven islands that are inspired by different parts of the human body. There are also seven bosses to defeat, including yetis, giant toads, and cannibals. To enhance your character, you can collect potions for boosts such as more strength, higher speeds, and instant kills.
The mobile game features include ad support play for free or ad-free with in-app purchases. You can also save your progress anytime during the game and compete with players worldwide on the leaderboard. Furthermore, the game also supports HID compatible controllers.
In Decap Attack's trivia section, you will learn that the game is actually a remake of the 1990 Japanese Mega Drive game, Magical Hat and Chuck's head even has its own name–"Head"! You might also recognize Chuck as he made cameo appearances in the Sonic Comic during the 90s. Lastly, the game was developed by Vic Tokai and directed by Toshihisa Hasegawa. The main composer responsible for the game's soundtrack was Fumito Tamayama.
This game may contain "Interest Based Ads" which you can learn more about through their privacy policy and may collect "Precise Location Data." The game app is ad-supported, but you won't need to make in-app purchases to progress in the game. You can also opt for an ad-free play option by purchasing through in-app purchases.
With SEGA's Decap Attack mobile game, you're in for a hilarious, skull-throwing adventure that is just as fun today as it was when it was first released in Europe in 1992.
