Game overview

Connex4 is an improved version of connect 4.

Connex4 can be played by one or two players. In one player mode,

the player can choose from three levels of difficulty.

Playing the game:

Each player moves, in turn, by selecting an available space (displayed in yellow).

When a space is selected, the space will change colors and the available spaces will be updated. An available space is defined as "the first space that has not been selected in a column, from the bottom up and from the top down, or row, from left to right and from right to left.

A player wins by getting four adjacent spaces, horizontally, diagonally, or vertically.

The goal is to connect 4 adjacent spaces (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally).

The three control buttons are "restart", "show last move", and "settings".

The "restart" button starts a new game.

The "show last move" button shows the last move by flashing the space.

The "settings" button displays a settings window that allows a player to

change modes ("traditional" or "advanced") and select an opponent,

"droid 1", "droid 2", or "droid 3". "droid 1" is the easiest level.
