The objective of the game is to find and create as many words as possible during the allotted time. To make things even more interesting, players can combine special bonus letters to form high-value words and gain extra playing time.


Playing BattleWords is easy! Simply swipe your finger over the grid of letters to connect them vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. As long as the selected letters form a word, you will be awarded points - with the actual points varying based on the difficulty of the letters used, bonus tiles, and word length. The game features three special bonus tiles:

- Extra time: Adding one second to the clock

- Extra bonus: Providing higher-than-normal scoring letters

- Power: Awarding a power (when you've collected enough, all letters transform into bonus tiles)


BattleWords has two different game modes: normal and sticky. In normal mode, letters are replaced with new ones after every turn and you can freely create the same words multiple times. In sticky mode, letters remain on the board and you can only make the same word once during the game.


With BattleWords, you can challenge random opponents, play against a robot, and even unlock achievements and badges. Additionally, you can get on the leaderboards, play offline without an account, and earn coins to unlock great-looking avatars.


The word game is available in nine different languages including English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
