Game overview
Aword is a pun on several rounds between two opponents.
The goal is to collect as many points as possible in each round.
The duration of a game can be chosen freely and covers between 10 and 30 rounds. Each round should be completed as fast as possible and with as many points as possible. The 10 randomly generated letters have different values, are of course identical for both participants and also positioned in the word bars of the players.
The Activator (orange with two arrows) has an important function. For each round, he is initially positioned on the left. Players can either move the Activator to the right (if a word already exists) or position the individual letters in the correct order to the left of the Activator. The letters thus placed change color (activated word).
If one of the two players confirms his word input and the sent word is considered correct, he ascends to the next higher round of play. If you have not put a letter, you can skip one round.
The ability to complete quests (tasks) as well as game laps independently of your opponent has a variety of tactics that can determine victory or defeat. Through the synchronous transmission of the opponent's score, you control the events permanently, which allows you to react strategically optimally.
The word racing ends as soon as one of the two players has completed all levels - the winner is the one with the highest score.
